Employability Support – we deliver two employability programmes in East Ayrshire, CashBack for Communities and Fair Start Scotland.  CashBack for Communities is a youth employability project for 16-24 years, not in education, employment or training who live in East Ayrshire.  The programme follows a sector based academy model and includes accredited training.

Fair Start Scotland is a flexible employment support service to help you get ready for work and achieve your potential.  If you’re unemployed or have a disability and live in East Ayrshire  Contact 0300 303 3381  or email fairstart@thewisegroup.co.uk

Sustainability – The Wise Group runs a number of home energy advice services designed to offer you the best advice on how to make your home more efficient and cut down the cost of your energy bills.

Community Justice  –  The main programme, known as New Routes, works with young males serving a short sentence in every prison in Scotland to provide them with the best possible opportunity to reduce re-offending and remain out of prison.  The mentors can build a relationship for up to six months before release from prison to develop and agree a plan that focuses on what the individual wants to do and the actions that they need to take.  The mentor will provide or get access to the services that are needed to put the plan into action on release from prison.
