Sustainability – The Wise
Group runs a number of home energy advice services designed to offer you the
best advice on how to make your home more efficient and cut down the cost of
your energy bills.
– The main programme, known as New Routes, works with young males
serving a short sentence in every prison in Scotland to provide them with the
best possible opportunity to reduce re-offending and remain out of
prison. The mentors can build a relationship for up to six months before
release from prison to develop and agree a plan that focuses on what the
individual wants to do and the actions that they need to take. The mentor
will provide or get access to the services that are needed to put the plan into
action on release from prison.
