Employability Fund Stage 2 is flexible training for people who are currently unemployed, not in education, or training and living in East Ayrshire.
How long does it last?
The length of the programme is tailored to your needs but generally lasts for 12 weeks.
How much will I be paid?
•if you are 16/17 years old you will receive a training allowance
•if you are over 18 years old you will continue to receive your benefits from DWP
What will I get from the training?
•SQA Personal Development Award (SCCF Level 3)
•up to 10 weeks of work shadowing with an employer
•help with communication skills, numeracy, ICT, problem solving, motivation and confidence building
•help to progress from Stage 2 to Stage 3 or onto:
