Pre employment training opportunity for Kilmarnock based Call Centre. There will be an information session for this opportunity held on Wednesday 6th August at the East Ayrshire Council Offices, Millbank, Cumnock between 11.00 am and 12.00 pm.
Interviews will then be held on Friday 8th August for anyone interested in progressing with this opportunity, with successful candidates being offered a place on the pre employment training course which will start on Monday 18th August (TBC) and will provide an overview of call centre work, Customer Service Award, and a guaranteed interview with the Employer.
Course times will be from 9.00am-12.00pm & 1.00pm-3.00pm each day, Monday and Tuesday for a period of 4 weeks.
