At present Atrium Homes has almost 1000 properties in ownership and a healthy development programme which has delivered 100 new homes in the last 12 months, with almost the same again scheduled for the next 12 months. We operate in 5 towns across East Ayrshire but the majority of our housing stock is centred on and around Kilmarnock, the principal town of the district.
