Ayrshire Council on Alcohol offers free confidential one-to-one support and counselling to individuals who are concerned about their drinking whether they wish to stop completely or reduce the levels of alcohol that they are consuming. Support and advice is also available to those who are concerned about a loved one's drinking. Counsellors are all trained to professional standards. Daytime and evening appointments are available in venues throughout East Ayrshire.
