MOT: a free, anonymous online relationship health check designed to help you
better understand relationship issues
ranging from advice for new parents and couple going through a rough patch, to
advice on issues like sexting, self-harm and online bullying. All available
free of charge, 24/7 from our website.
The Spark is also a leading
provider of school-based counselling services for children and young adults,
and a leading provider of training programmes for individuals ranging from
introductory courses to advanced qualifications.
